Description: IT Service Delivery Manager in Retail & Fashion; responsibilities include planning, designing and monitoring IT service delivery processes, ensuring high standard delivery, resolving incidents and problems, implementing change control, and driving continuous improvement. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will maintain strong client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead a high‑performing IT service team in a fast‑paced environment.
