This is an excellent opportunity to join a company where your career will grow as the company grows.

With an analytical mindset and a can-do attitude, you will handle systems support enquiries, system configuration changes and user requests. You will be able to manage a rapidly changing list of priorities, think under pressure and have superb attention to detail.

  • Hardware support across PCs, Macs, handheld devices, printers, networking, etc., including hands-on configuration and repairs when appropriate and coordination of return-to-base services.
  • Setting up and maintaining workstations.
  • Responding to system performance reports and alerts, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative measures, taking a proactive approach.
  • Documenting issues and resolutions for future reference and to provide valuable feedback to users and the team.
  • Liaising with third-party providers for second- and third-line support.
  • Performing system administration, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Taking a proactive approach to IT security and regulatory compliance.
