The Role: IT Business Partner
Location: Liverpool
Working arrangements: Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)

As an IT Business Partner, you will connect IT and the business, ensuring technology initiatives deliver maximum value and align with organisational goals. You will build trusted relationships with business leaders, guide strategic initiatives, shape the technology roadmap, and ensure projects translate into real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities for the IT Business Partner:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Business Leaders to understand their strategic goals and priorities.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, ensuring that IT strategies align with business objectives.
- Represent business needs in IT planning and strategy sessions, advocating for initiatives that deliver maximum business value.
Strategic Communications:
At least 3 years of experience within a project or business relationship management role.
Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
Problem-Solving: Capability to identify business challenges and find IT-driven solutions.
Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating between IT and business units, balancing technical feasibility with business requirements.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes, goals, and the ability to link IT solutions to business value.
