International Software House is looking for an excellent Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant with experience of requirements gathering and documentation. The successful Business Analyst will work for a market leader with an impressive history and more exciting future. The Business Analyst will be working on the development of cutting edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for this expanding, global company.
Working as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. The role includes the delivery of activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification or user-acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation. The Business Analyst will be involved in multiple projects across a variety of industry sectors.
Responsibilities and Experience:
- Experience of working on software development / implementation projects
- Experience of stakeholder management
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis
- Functional analysis and design
- Problem solving
- Challenged the status quo
Any recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS will be highly advantageous as will knowledge of the Agile methodology. They also offer some flexi-working.
Salary & Benefits: up to £30-35K + 25 days holiday. Role is based in East Midlands area, easily commutable from Nottingham, Derby and Loughborough. Accessible by public transport once established in the role. Candidates of all ages and backgrounds will be considered for this role.
