Role: Global HR & Payroll provider is looking for an HRO Director – Operations Director to run their fast growing HRO division. This customer service focused role requires improving operational services and commercial offerings by exploring new revenue streams, creating short and long term strategies for the department, and managing financial aspects such as expense, cost and sales growth.

Additional responsibilities include developing a strategy for profitable growth of the HRO division and overseeing the transformation programme for the HRO service, as well as managing teams of 100+ employees providing HR & Payroll services to external clients. We are looking for experience leading large HR & Payroll teams and delivering commercial objectives in a similar environment.

Clients: Our client is a leading UK company employing over 500 staff across multiple sites, with a strong focus on HR & Payroll technology innovation.
