ROLE: Global HR & Payroll provider is looking for a HRO Director – Operations Director to run their fast growing HRO division. This is a customer service focused role where you will need to improve both the operational services and commercial offerings by looking at new revenue streams, create both the short and long term strategy for the department and manage the financial aspects of the department such as expense, cost and sales growth. As well as being customer focused there is also a need to develop a strategy towards the profitable growth of the HRO division and overseeing the transformation programme for the HRO service. This is not a HR Directors post. This role is to manage teams of people providing HR & Payroll services to an external client base. We are talking large teams therefore we require you to have worked in a similar environment having ultimate responsibility for 100+ employees.
Responsibilities
- Improve operational services and commercial offerings by exploring new revenue streams.
- Create short and long‑term strategy for the department.
- Manage financial aspects of the department such as expense, cost and sales growth.
- Develop a strategy for profitable growth of the HRO division.
- Oversee the transformation programme for the HRO service.
