This is an amazing opportunity for a fluent Dutch or Swedish speaker to join a progressive software house’s growing support function. If you have these skills then please get in touch; you will not be disappointed.

You will gain full training to give you the skills to do the job and ensure this client's customers receive a high level of customer service and resolve their queries and issues. If you value the customer, enjoy customer service and using your initiative, then this is a great opportunity for you. Full product training will be provided as well as ongoing opportunities to progress your career further.

This client is open to experience and background. You just need to be a fluent speaker and have an excellent and engaging telephone manner. Any customer service experience or similar duties are beneficial, this could even be a placement year.

The key aspects of this role are having a high level of customer service, being engaging and passionate, as well as putting the customer first by going above and beyond to succeed in resolving as much as possible in the initial contact.

The salary on offer is up to £18k as well as an attractive benefits package and opportunities to be promoted within. The office is based in Nottingham, East Midlands and easily commutable from Derby, Leicester, etc. This role does include shift work and occasional weekends but you won’t be working nights.
