Description: My client is a prestigious company looking for a bright and capable Graduate Structural Engineer / Civil Engineer to join their 2‑year fast‑track Graduate Programme. You will spend time in various departments working on both internal and external projects. The aim of the programme is to ensure that you become a valued member of the Product Owner team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Owner team on software development and CAD projects.
- Assist in designing, analysing, and drafting structural solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers across departments.
- Contribute to internal and external project deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Programming experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD/CAD-CAE software.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design.
- Creative, hands‑on problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong mathematical analysis skills and ability to work from first principles.
Location & Salary:
Based in Birmingham, commutable from surrounding areas such as Wolverhampton. Salary between £20,000 – £30,000. Benefits include 25 days’ holiday, annual pay reviews, flexible working hours, free parking and pension scheme.
