We are looking for an enthusiastic junior‑level support engineer who has excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills and a proactive approach to their work.

Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a software house that is recognised for its investment in people including excellent training and career opportunities.
They are looking for a Graduate Software Support Engineer / Application Support Analyst who has a strong customer service attitude as well as an understanding of IT and Software Applications.
You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to prioritise calls on a Service Desk.
You will receive full product training and will eventually manage all levels of support calls from 1st – 3rd Line.
Any experience of ERP Software, WEB Applications, and Databases will be a huge advantage as would any Visual Studio, or MS Windows knowledge.
Any experience of working in a fast pace customer support or services role will be a good foundation for the position.

Salary is 20‑25K + Cross‑training.
