Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st/2nd level service desk support for ERP and software applications such as Dynamics, SAP, Navision, Oracle, and CRM.
  • Prioritise and manage support calls, escalating to 3rd level as required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with users.
  • Utilise knowledge of . NET, SQL Server, Web technologies, and business intelligence tools like Crystal Reports and Business Objects.
  • Engage in cross‑training and development to expand support coverage.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in a relevant field (IT, Computer Science, Business, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Good understanding of IT and software application support.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Navision, EPOS) and database/SQL Server is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service attitude, communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge or qualification in ITIL is highly desirable.
