Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd level service desk support for ERP and software applications such as Dynamics, SAP, Navision, Oracle, and CRM.
- Prioritise and manage support calls, escalating to 3rd level as required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with users.
- Utilise knowledge of . NET, SQL Server, Web technologies, and business intelligence tools like Crystal Reports and Business Objects.
- Engage in cross‑training and development to expand support coverage.
Qualifications
- Graduation in a relevant field (IT, Computer Science, Business, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Good understanding of IT and software application support.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Navision, EPOS) and database/SQL Server is an advantage.
- Strong customer service attitude, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge or qualification in ITIL is highly desirable.
