Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a global software house that is recognised for its investment in people including excellent training and career opportunities. They are looking for a Graduate Service Desk Analyst / Application Support Analyst who has a strong customer service attitude as well as an understanding of IT and Software Applications. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to prioritise calls on a Service Desk. You will receive full product training and will eventually manage all levels of support calls from 1st – 3rd Line.
Any experience of ERP Software such as Dynamics, SAP, Navision would be a huge advantage as would any Visual Studio, SQL Server or MS Windows knowledge. An ITIL qualification would also be considered highly. You will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills and will be proactive in your approach to work. Any knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Business Objects will be beneficial, though not a necessity. You will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
This is a brilliant opportunity to get your foot in the door of a company who are a fantastic employer and retain their staff exceptionally well. Salary is £18,000 – £22,000 + Cross training. Based in the East Midlands area easily commutable from Derby, Nottingham and Leicester.
