Overview
Front‑line IT support role based in Nottingham, East Midlands, focusing on Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and related technologies. The role aims to resolve as many issues as possible on first contact.
Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for customers' IT requirements.
- Resolve incidents and service requests, ensuring high first‑call resolution.
- Use and support Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365, Exchange, Server, and Office tools.
- Maintain excellent customer service, engaging and passionate, going above and beyond to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Recent Computer Science or related degree graduate, or 18+ months commercial experience in an IT support role.
- Solid experience and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and related software.
- Ability to provide user support and troubleshoot Windows‑based environments.
- Desirable: experience with ITIL processes, SharePoint, Active Directory, SQL, Oracle.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary up to £22,000 per annum plus an attractive benefits package with opportunities for promotion.
