Development Team Leader / Software Development Manager (hands‑on) – Leading UK homegrown client. The role involves managing a Microsoft .Net development team, comprising in‑house developers (ASP.Net, C#, MVC) and an offshore team. Responsibilities include supervising developers and testers, conducting and advocating for systems integration and automation testing, appraising staff, overseeing salary reviews, training, and hiring new recruits.
The technical environment includes WEB Applications, ASP.Net, C#, MVC, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript. The position requires strong communication, presentation, time‑management and reporting skills. The team, totaling about ten members across UK and European offices, will benefit from a flexible, dynamic working culture with full board support for technology transformation.
