Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4 developers within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Influence technology direction and improve development practices.
- Work closely with other development teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring sessions.
- Ensure high‑quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications and Skills

- Excellent communicator capable of inspiring and managing a technical team.
- Hands‑on development experience in ASP.Net, C#, WEB API, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and SQL Server.

- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.js / jQuery.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
