International Software House is looking for an excellent Data Architect / Information Architect with experience of leading a team of DBAs. You will work closely with development teams and colleagues in the development of the architecture of their software products.
We need a Data Architect who has a strong commercial background working their way up the ranks from SQL DBA to Architect with an understanding of information systems & data life-cycle management best practices as well as methodologies, SELC/SDLC.

Responsibilities
- Developing and owning a data strategy and associated policies
- Responsible for Data governance, Data architecture principles and standards
- Identifying improvements in our data systems
- Involvement in selecting the best systems for addressing data storage, retrieval and management
- Leading the DBA Team
- Project Management

This role is commutable from Nottingham, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Newark and Mansfield.
