Fantastic opportunity for a Cyber Security Engineer who has proven experience of working with Enterprise Software Applications on the WEB and/or Cloud.
Role
As the Cyber Security Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Identifying our client’s product cybersecurity needs
- Establishing threat modelling analysis & procedures around threat modelling for future development of these products
- Risk focus, and knowledgeable of frameworks like ISO27002
- Providing input into assessing platform architecture, technology stacks and 3rd party/open source product choices from a cybersecurity point of view.
- Define secure coding practices
Qualifications
We are looking for an Engineer who has formal qualifications in Cyber such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, GIAC, GCIH, EnCE or similar and has worked with tools such as NGFW, WAF, SEIM, Web Application Testing and Vulnerability Scanners.
Additional Responsibilities
As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will also get involved in penetration testing. You should be an excellent communicator and be very comfortable presenting and holding meetings.
Location
This role is based out of their East Midlands site. Commutable from Derby, Leicester and Nottingham.
