C# Web Developer – Junior‑Mid – MVC

This position offers a salary range of £25,000 – £30,000 per annum, with pension and health benefits, plus training and professional development. The successful candidate will work in the East Midlands (easily commutable from Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software components and functionality for web‑based applications.
  • Co‑ordinate with QA, Delivery, and Support teams within the organization.
  • Work closely with the Development Manager on application design and functionality.
  • Communicate progress of project deliverables regularly to support planning and measurement against the plan.
  • Produce documentation to support design, QA, and release phases, such as functional specifications.
  • Participate in all aspects of the development life‑cycle from requirements analysis and design through to support and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in web development.
  • Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET, MVC or MVVM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web development fundamentals, and SQL Server.
  • Experience working in a software team environment, collaborating with QA, delivery, and support teams.
