Description
International Software House is looking for an excellent Business Analyst with experience of requirements gathering and documentation. The role involves building key relationships between business functions and ensuring technology requirements are identified and met. You will deliver activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis, specification, user‑acceptance testing and documentation across multiple projects and industry sectors.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships between business functions and ensure technology requirements are identified and met.
- Deliver activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis, specification, user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
- Manage multiple projects across a variety of industry sectors.
Qualifications
- Experience of working on software development projects.
- Experience of stakeholder management.
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis.
- Functional analysis and design.
- Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS are highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology.
Benefits
Salary up to £37,000, 25 days holiday, flexi‑working. Role is accessible by public transport from Loughborough, Derby and Nottingham.
