International Software House is looking for an excellent, Software Development focussed (Senior) Business Analyst with experience of requirements gathering and documentation.
The successful Business Analyst will work for a software house and IT Solutions provider with an impressive history and more exciting future.
The Business Analyst will be joining at a challenging time within the business, but however challenging it will be the job satisfaction will be fantastic.
We are looking for a BCS qualified Business Analyst who, with the Head of BA, will grow and develop this new team – exciting times.
Working as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met.
The role includes the delivery of activities following a formal methodology from inception through analysis, specification, user-acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
This Business Analyst will be expected to lead by example and help the Head of BA implement change and contribute to new process & procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Build key relationships between business functions and ensure technology requirements are identified and met.
- Lead delivery of activities following a formal methodology from inception through analysis, specification, user-acceptance testing and documentation.
- Support the Head of BA in implementing change and contributing to new processes & procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience of working on software development projects.
- Experience of stakeholder management.
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis.
- Functional analysis and design.
- Recognised business analysis qualifications such as BCS, SSADM, ISEB or UML, and knowledge of formal methodologies.
This role is commutable Rugby, Northampton and Coventry.
An impressive package on offer of £45,000-£50,000, Pension, Health, Life Assurance, Training budget and 25 days holiday + BH.
