Overview
A UK success story with an impressive blue chip customer base spanning over three decades is looking for a mid-level Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation. The successful candidate will work on the development and delivery of digital services for clients throughout the UK, engaging with external customers and ensuring technology solutions meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships between business functions and technology teams.
- Deliver activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis, specification, user-acceptance testing, and detailed user documentation.
- Gather and document requirements, perform gap analysis, and produce functional analysis and design artefacts.
- Manage project resources and engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Experience in project resource and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB, or BCS are highly advantageous.
