Global giant is looking for Business Analysts to join their existing BA team. You will be one of 8 BA’s and will benefit from working in a team with a wealth of knowledge, where there is no VIP regardless of experience and the team all work together and support each other.
Working in a dynamic IT & Software development environment they work to Agile practices and Six Sigma; you will benefit from Lean training if unfamiliar. Ideally, you will have some BCS training but if not, this is something you can pursue.
As a BA you will be assigned to a product development team and predominantly work on those projects; however pending resourcing needs you may from time to time work on other projects both UK & Globally based.
We are looking for 2 Business Analysts. As a BA you must be comfortable with challenging when appropriate and question why something needs to be done, get to the core of the true requirement and manage customer expectations. Work with all levels of stakeholders and customers and provide solutions that get them over the line.
You will be working on a range of cutting‑edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for some of the largest UK/Global organisations.
Standard BA responsibilities will include:
- Experience of working on software development projects
- Experience of project resource management
- Experience of stakeholder management
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis
- Functional analysis and design
Salary & Benefits
Up to 45K + 25 days holiday, flex in start/finish times, one day a week at home. The office is based in East Midlands, commutable from Derby, Nottingham and Leicester. Free parking and accessible via public transport.
