Description
Business Analyst Manager (hands-on) and Team Leader. Line-management, coaching/mentoring, leadership, problem-solving, implementation & support, systems analyst, SSADM, BCS/ISEB, Agile/Scrum, resource management, documentation.
We are a multinational organization with 30+ years of experience. We need a Business Analysis Team Leader who has at least 12 months of team leadership experience, can manage a team, and is still capable of hands-on analysis.
The successful candidate will work for a market leader and develop cutting-edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for a multibillion-dollar company.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the BA Manager to manage the team.
- Build key relationships between business functions to identify and meet technology requirements.
- Deliver activities following an agile way of working from inception, analysis/specification, user-acceptance testing, and detailed user documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 12 months of line management experience.
- Experience on software development projects.
- Experience in project resource management.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis.
- Functional analysis and design.
- Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB, or BCS.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary up to 50K + 25 days holiday. Flexible working. Role is based in the East Midlands area. Accessible by public transport with free parking. Close to amenities, shopping, restaurants, pubs.
