International Software House is looking for a Senior-Level Business Analyst (competency level of 5 years+) with not only experience of requirements gathering and documentation but also someone who has led on projects and enjoys coaching/mentoring. The successful Business Analyst will work for a market leader with an impressive history and more exciting future. The Business Analyst will be working on the development of cutting edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for a multibillion dollar company.
As the Senior Business Analyst you will be working closely with the BA Manager, supporting them in the managing of the team as well as being responsible for building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. The role includes the delivery of activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification or user-acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.

Qualifications

- Any recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS will be highly advantageous as will knowledge of the Agile methodology.
Salary & Benefits
Up to 40-45K + 25 days holiday.
Role is based in East Midlands – easily commutable from Derby, Chesterfield and Nottingham. Accessible by public transport, free parking. Close to amenities, shopping, restaurants, pubs etc.
