Overview
International Software House is looking for an excellent Business Analyst with experience of requirements gathering and documentation. The role involves building key relationships between business functions and ensuring technology requirements are identified and met. The Business Analyst will work on cutting‑edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) across a variety of industry sectors, following an agile way of working from inception through analysis, specification, user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
Responsibilities
- Build key relationships between business functions and stakeholders.
- Identify and document technology requirements.
- Deliver activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis, specification, user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.
- Work on multiple projects across a variety of industry sectors.
Qualifications
- Experience of working on software development / implementation projects.
- Experience of stakeholder management.
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis.
- Functional analysis and design.
- Problem solving.
- Challenging the status quo.
- Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
Salary & Benefits
Up to 30‑35k + 25 days holiday. Some flexi‑working options are available.
Role based in the East Midlands area, easily commutable from Nottingham, Derby and Loughborough, and accessible by public transport.
