UK Success story with an impressive blue‑chip customer base spanning over 3 decades is looking for a Business Analyst (competency level of 5 years+) with experience of requirements gathering and documentation with external customers. The successful Business Analyst will work for a market leader with an impressive history and more exciting future. As a Business Analyst you must be comfortable dealing with external clients and everything that comes with external client expectations.
The Business Analyst will be working on the development and delivery of digital‑based services as well as others for clients throughout the UK.

Working as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. The role includes the delivery of activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis or specification or user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.

- Experience of working on software delivery / digital / print projects
- Experience of stakeholder management
- Requirements gathering and gap analysis

Any recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB, or BCS will be highly advantageous, as will knowledge of the Agile methodology. Flexible working arrangements may also be offered.
Salary & Benefits: up to £45,000 + 25 days holiday. The role is based in the East Midlands area, easily commutable from Leicester, Derby and Nottingham. Accessible by public transport, free parking. Close to amenities, shopping, restaurants, pubs etc.
