A mid‑level Business Analyst will support the development of cutting‑edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for a multi‑billion‑dollar client with a global presence.
The role is home‑based with fortnightly office visits in the East Midlands.
Responsibilities
- Build key relationships between business functions and ensure technology requirements are identified and met.
- Deliver activities following an agile way of working—from inception through analysis, specification, user‑acceptance testing, and delivery of detailed user documentation.
- Support the delivery of business analysis activities including requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional analysis and design.
- Assist in project and resource management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience on software development projects.
- Experience in project resource management and stakeholder management.
- Strong requirements gathering and gap analysis skills.
- Functional analysis and design experience.
- Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is desirable.
