A mid‑level Business Analyst will support the development of cutting‑edge software projects (enterprise level and ERP/MRP) for a multi‑billion‑dollar client with a global presence.

The role is home‑based with fortnightly office visits in the East Midlands.

Responsibilities

  • Build key relationships between business functions and ensure technology requirements are identified and met.
  • Deliver activities following an agile way of working—from inception through analysis, specification, user‑acceptance testing, and delivery of detailed user documentation.
  • Support the delivery of business analysis activities including requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional analysis and design.
  • Assist in project and resource management.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience on software development projects.
  • Experience in project resource management and stakeholder management.
  • Strong requirements gathering and gap analysis skills.
  • Functional analysis and design experience.
  • Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is desirable.
