Global client with a history spanning over three decades and a presence in 100 countries is looking for a mid‑level Business Analyst (competency level of 2 years+) with experience in requirements gathering and documentation. The successful Business Analyst will work for a market leader and be responsible for building key relationships between business functions and ensuring that technology requirements are identified and met. The role includes the delivery of activities following an agile way of working from inception through analysis/specification to user‑acceptance testing and delivery of detailed user documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain detailed business requirements, specifications and documentation.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and conduct gap analysis.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management and communication.
  • Support project resource and functional design.
  • Participate in user‑acceptance testing and delivery of final documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working on software development projects.
  • Experience managing project resources.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Skills in requirements gathering and gap analysis.
  • Skills in functional analysis and design.
  • Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB or BCS are highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
