Description
We are a global client with over 3 decades of history and a presence in 100 countries. We are seeking a mid‑level Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation. You will play a key role in the development of enterprise and ERP/MRP software projects for a multi‑billion‑dollar company. The focus is on applying DMAIC methodologies and collaborating closely with business functions to ensure technology requirements are clearly defined and met.
Responsibilities
- Build key relationships between business functions and technology teams.
- Identify and document business and technical requirements for software projects.
- Conduct gap analysis and functional analysis to derive system specifications.
- Review requirements with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, from inception through user‑acceptance testing, and produce detailed user documentation.
- Manage project resources and support end‑to‑end project delivery.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a critical‑thinking mindset.
- Experience in stakeholder management and resource planning.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional analysis and design.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and comfort working in an agile environment.
- Recognised business analysis qualifications such as SSADM, ISEB, BCS are highly desirable.
