Description
International Software House is seeking a Senior‑Level Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and project leadership. The role focuses on coaching and mentoring, leading project teams, problem solving, and delivering solutions for enterprise‑level and ERP/MRP software projects for a multibillion‑dollar client.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor junior BAs and support team members.
- Lead project delivery from inception to user‑acceptance testing using agile practices.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, perform gap analysis and functional design.
- Build and maintain relationships between business functions and technology stakeholders.
- Manage project resources and coordinate with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in software development projects and resource management.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SSADM, ISEB, BCS, or equivalent qualifications (highly advantageous).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
