This role will be a mix of office/home working – more office initially whilst getting to grips with the environment etc. An international client going through a period of change is looking for an experienced Azure Support Engineer / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
As the knowledge expert in this field, you will be looked to guide this team/department in their transformation and also knowledge share. You’ll be working closely with engineers and developers in the delivery and management of the Azure cloud infrastructure estate acting as a technical SME, being a key figure in the build and deployment of a suite of Azure components, and championing an Agile approach.
Your technical skill set should include most of the following:
- Microsoft Cloud technology stack, such as MS Azure, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure DevOps, PIM, ATP, etc.
Relevant Commercial Experience:
- Solid working knowledge in supporting cloud-based solutions and projects
- Experience in implementing robust, highly available Azure cloud infrastructure solutions and services
- Experience working alongside technical engineers and teams
- Strong communication skills
- Any formal professional qualifications or training in MS Azure will be highly desirable
Rate on offer is up to £325/day and this client is looking to secure the right candidate ASAP. This will be outside IR35. Office is based in Derby. Candidates of all ages and backgrounds will be considered for this role.
