Azure Engineer / Azure Consultant up to £400/day – 12‑month contract – 3 days a week in Derby
As an experienced Azure Engineer / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with knowledge in Azure, you will guide the team/department in their transformation and provide knowledge sharing.
You will work closely with engineers and developers in the delivery and management of the Azure cloud infrastructure estate, acting as a technical SME and key figure in the build and management of the Azure platform.
Responsibilities
- Guide the team/department through the transformation into Azure.
- Act as a technical SME for the Azure cloud infrastructure estate.
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to deliver and manage Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Provide knowledge sharing and training.
Qualifications
- Solid working knowledge of cloud-based solutions and projects.
- Experience implementing robust, highly available Azure cloud infrastructure solutions and services.
- Experience working alongside technical engineers and teams.
- Strong communication skills.
- Formal professional qualifications or training in MS Azure highly desirable.
- Contract
12‑month contract, 3 days a week, office/home working mix, outside IR35, located in Derby.
