Overview
Our client is a profitable and rapidly expanding Software House. They are looking for a Software Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer to join their busy Software Support team. Full training of the client’s software will be provided. Hours are 9-5, Monday – Friday. Modern office facility with free parking.
Responsibilities
- Provide application support for enterprise software.
- Log calls and handle 1st‑3rd line support issues.
- Assist with software and database troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Application Software Support / Customer Support role.
- Experience in call logging and handling 1st‑3rd Line Software Support issues.
- Experience in environments such as Enterprise, CRM, Financial software.
- Understanding of databases, preferably SQL Server.
- Some understanding of how programming works.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
