Description
Our client is a profitable and rapidly expanding Software House. They are looking for a Software Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer (1st line support) to join their busy Software Support team. Full training of the client’s software will be provided. The role currently operates fully remote and will transition to a 50/50 remote/office arrangement in the New Year.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide first‑line support for the client’s software suite
- Log and manage support tickets effectively
- Troubleshoot database and SQL Server related issues
- Communicate solutions clearly to users and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an application software or customer support role
- Experience handling first‑line support tickets
- Understanding of databases, preferably SQL Server
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
