We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller / General Ledger Administrator to work in a customer‑facing environment, managing accounts, purchase ledger, general ledger and credit control. The role involves using accounting software (Xero, SAGE, SAP, Open Accounts) and providing support to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process purchase and general ledger entries.
- Control credit, monitor overdue accounts and follow up on collections.
- Provide accurate reporting and documentation.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the finance team with day‑to‑day operations.
