Job Description
3rd Line IT Support Engineer, IT Systems Administrator, Office 365, Hyper V-VM Ware, Windows Server 2008‑2016, Linux, Cisco, Active Directory, IAAS/SAAS, Cloud tech/Azure, SQL Server, Scripting – 35 K + OT – Flexi‑working.
Do you have experience working with Virtualisation, Windows Server 2008‑2019, or Cloud Tech? If so, we have the role.
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support, escalating tickets from 2nd and 3rd line teams.
- Work with Hyper V or VM Ware, O365, Azure, SQL Server, and Linux.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and experience.
- Manage asset inventory of hardware and software.
- Build and deploy server architecture, documenting in line with company standards.
- Support during maintenance weekends as required.
- Analyze current resource usage and future requirements to meet IT Service targets.
- Monitor performance against contractual service targets and take action to meet targets.
- Build strong partnership relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows Server 2008‑2019, Hyper V, VM Ware, Office 365, IAAS/SAAS, SQL Server, Azure.
- Knowledge of Linux, Cisco networking, and scripting (PowerShell) is ideal but not required.
