Overview
As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the support, development and administration of all Network & Infrastructure Systems. The role involves both operational tasks and project delivery across your domain, working closely with suppliers and third parties to meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support and intervention, stepping into 2nd line duties when required.
- Deliver project work within defined timelines and maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with vendors, external partners and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a proactive attitude, accepting flexible working hours and commitment to the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience with MS Windows XP/7, Server 2003/2008, MS Exchange 2010, VMware, Cisco, SCCM, SharePoint.
- Certifications such as CCNA or MCITP preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
