We are recruiting on behalf of a global software house that is recognised for their investment in people including excellent training and career opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second line support for service desks.
  • Prioritise and manage calls on a busy service desk.
  • Identify and resolve issues before escalation to software development.
  • Support applications including Dynamics, SAP, Navision, Oracle, etc.
  • Maintain and utilise reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Business Objects.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in B2B helpdesk and software support.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, analytical, and proactive skills.
  • Experience with ERP software (Dynamics, SAP, Navision) preferred.
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio, SQL Server, MS Windows, and . NET environments.
  • ITIL qualification considered highly.
