We are recruiting on behalf of a global software house that is recognised for their investment in people including excellent training and career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second line support for service desks.
- Prioritise and manage calls on a busy service desk.
- Identify and resolve issues before escalation to software development.
- Support applications including Dynamics, SAP, Navision, Oracle, etc.
- Maintain and utilise reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Business Objects.
Qualifications
- Strong background in B2B helpdesk and software support.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, analytical, and proactive skills.
- Experience with ERP software (Dynamics, SAP, Navision) preferred.
- Knowledge of Visual Studio, SQL Server, MS Windows, and . NET environments.
- ITIL qualification considered highly.
