  • Support benefits administration and respond to questions from employees or providers.
  • Help organise engagement activities or people initiatives, such as surveys or internal projects.
  • Raise purchase orders, track invoices, and support budget administration.
  • Spot opportunities to simplify or automate admin processes and share improvement ideas with the team.

Throughout the day, you’ll work closely with People Partners, managers, suppliers, and the wider People & Culture team to keep things running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing first-line HR support to employees and managers.

  • Supporting wider HR projects and continuous improvement activity.

What you’ll need:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection.
  • An interest in digital transformation and improving processes through technology.

If this role sounds interesting and you feel you could grow into it, we’d still love to hear from you. We value curiosity, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude just as much as experience.
