Introduction

Ascent Energy Services in Samlesbury are recruiting for an Apprentice Business Administrator. The successful applicant will complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.

What You\'ll Do

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and online systems
• Updating and maintaining company databases, CRM systems and job management software
• Processing customer information, job records and documentation accurately
• Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of engineers,appointments and customer visits
• Learning and following company procedures, policies and quality standards
• Participating in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship programme
• Providing general administrative support to the wider operations, planning and customer support teams
