We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fantastic mixed Dental Practice located in Swanley, Kent. This practice is highly refurbished to an excellent standard, offering high quality mixed & specialist dentistry. Our role is ideal for either an experienced mixed Dentist, or a younger Dentist looking to enhance their knowledge in practice. You'll receive a wealth of mentorship & support in the practice from our Clinical Partner, Dr. Will Holmes and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists. Multiple free in-house courses & heavily discounted courses through our Clinical Academy are offered as part of the group throughout the year, with potential to earn well over £150K take home based on a full time position. Our practice is fully equipped with Dentally & Pearl AI software, digital x-rays & scanners, new NSK handpieces, composite heaters, new chairs and high-quality equipment and materials at your disposal.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first‑class treatment experience
- Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of treatment options to the patients
- Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role
- Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in‑house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Cosmetic Dentistry experience is desirable for this role but not essential
- Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice
- The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice
- To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number.
