Dental Hygienist Position - Dental Beauty St Albans. Mondays (9 AM–8 PM) & Saturdays (Every or Alternate, 9 AM–2 PM), Optional Fridays also available (9 AM–5 PM).
Dental Beauty Partners are excited to search for an experienced and qualified Dental Hygienist to join us at Dental Beauty St Albans. This is a lovely predominantly private practice led by our Partner Dr. Nirav Dalia and is in a great location only a short walk from the local train station. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced clinical team in delivering a high quality treatment journey to our patients.
We are looking for a dedicated & forward-thinking hygienist who can build long‑term relationships with patients. You will have access to high quality equipment and materials and work within a supportive environment in a fresh and modern surgery. We are looking for a candidate who can commit to joining us on Mondays and either every or alternate Saturdays. We also have optional Fridays available if you would like to add these days to your schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out a high‑quality dental hygiene treatment under the prescription of a dentist in line with current legislation and regulations.
- Follow practice policies & procedures at all times in line with GDC guidelines.
- Ensure that the required professional indemnity and insurance are in place and that all necessary CPD is undertaken.
- Promote, establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team.
- Liaise with the practice partner on all clinical matters & concerns.
- Valid GDC registration – ideally with 2 years’ experience working as a hygienist in the UK.
- Valid immunisations (Hep B).
- Clear DBS certificate (support available) & full indemnity cover.
- Able to deliver a fantastic patient journey & ensure our patients have a positive experience in practice.
- Experience in offering advanced treatments such as airflow & GBT is desirable.
- Highly competitive remuneration of 35% is available for this position.
