We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fantastic Dental Practice located in St Albans. This practice is highly refurbished to a very high standard, offering high quality mixed and specialist dentistry. Our role is ideal for an experienced Dentist who is comfortable in providing high quality general, cosmetic & restorative Dentistry. You will receive a wealth of support in the practice from our Clinical Partner, and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists.

Multiple free in-house courses & heavily discounted courses through our Clinical Academy are offered as part of the group throughout the year, with potential to earn well over £150K take home based on a full time position. Our practice is fully equipped with Dentally software with Pearl AI, digital x-rays & scanners, new NSK handpieces, composite heaters, new chairs and high‑quality equipment and materials at your disposal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first‑class treatment experience.
  • Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient.
  • Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in‑house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Cosmetic Dentistry experience is highly desirable for this position with plenty of prior private dentistry experience.
  • Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice.
  • Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress.
  • The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice.
  • To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number.
