Ascent Dental Care are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable private dental practice in Malvern. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team alongside support of founders, Dr. Faresh & Dr. Gursh.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
- Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
- Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
- Plan & driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets - a commercial focus is key for the role
- Monitoring & leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls & supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets
- Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
- Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1s with all team members, performance managing
What We're Looking For:
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, within private or mixed practice
- We may also be open to considering applicants with management experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail & hospitality
- Must be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P&L accounts, understanding areas for development & improvement
- Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experience
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
