Specialist Periodontist Position – Ascent Dental Care Loughborough

1 Day Per Month – Thursdays or Fridays (9-5.30)

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first‑class treatment experience
• Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient
• Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role
• Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in‑house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience

What We’re Looking For

• The successful candidate must be a recognised specialist Periodontist, ideally with a number of years’ prior experience in private practice
• A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high‑quality Dentistry to patients, ensuring they have a fantastic experience meeting the business’ expectations
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with patients and understand their unique needs and desires
• A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements
