Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable mixed dental practice, Dental Beauty Streatham. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team that won team of the year in our recent annual awards, alongside the practice Partner, Dr. Kunal Patel.
Dental Beauty Streatham is an award-winning practice located near to Brixton Hill. Since we acquired the practice in early 2025, it's built a great reputation for offering a wide range of mixed dental & aesthetic treatments. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions & operational teams from day one in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times.
- Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement.
- Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge.
- Plan & driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets - a commercial focus is key for the role.
- Monitoring & leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls & supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets.
- Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions.
- Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- We are ideally looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, within a private or mixed practice.
- We may also be open to considering applicants with management experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail & hospitality.
- Must be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P&L accounts, understanding areas for development & improvement.
- Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experience.
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ensuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all times.
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service.

- Highly competitive salary of £35,000 P/A, with potential flexibility depending on experience & advanced qualifications - there may be scope for negotiation for the successful candidate.
- Performance related bonus scheme of up to 20% of salary, based on key performance indicators in the practice.

- GDC, Indemnity and CPD costs covered if you're a Qualified Nurse - equivalent to circa £500 per year.
