We are currently seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our fantastic mixed Dental Practice located in Islington. Dental Beauty Islington is a large multi-specialist 18-surgery practice refurbished to a very high standard, offering high quality dentistry. Our role is ideal for an established specialist Oral Surgeon. You will be taking on an established position in practice, with a wealth of support from our three Clinical Partners. Our practice is fully equipped with Dentally software, digital x-rays & scanners, new NSK handpieces, composite heaters, new chairs and high-quality equipment and materials at your disposal. We are flexible with surgery availability, and would be looking to offer 1-2 days per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience.
- Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient.
- Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role.
- Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- The successful candidate must have a specialist Oral Surgery registration & qualification.
- Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice.
- Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress.
- The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice.
