Exciting Treatment Coordinator Position - Kissdental Liverpool
4 or 5 Day P/W Position - Wednesday- Sunday

Kissdental are excited to be opening a search for a new dedicated Treatment Coordinator to work within our fantastic practice in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to ensure our patients have a fantastic treatment experience in practice, and are offered as many treatment options as possible to transform their smiles. Kissdental are a fully private dental group of 9 practices spread across the North West. We are highly renowned for providing an outstanding patient journey, and we're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who will be able to ensure our patients are taken on this journey.
Our practice is easily accessible just off the docks, close to public transport networks. We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join us for either 4 or 5 days P/W, either Wednesday-Sunday, or Thursday-Sunday. The successful candidate must be able to commit to working every weekend. The hours are:
- Wednesdays & Thursdays 8.30-5.30
- Fridays 8-3.30
- Saturdays & Sundays 8.30-5.30
Key Responsibilities
- Leading patients through our well established patient journey - offering treatments and ensuring we have strong patient conversion rates in the practice
- Supporting predominantly with the Invisalign patient journey - scanning patients, attachment management etc
- Ensuring a smooth patient journey process, booking in follow up appointments, completing check-ins, supporting with finance applications etc
- Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
- Plan & driving income targets for the practice through the utilisation of lead management and conversion skills
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- A candidate with prior experience in Dentistry is essential for this role; it could be suitable for candidates with prior TCO or Nursing backgrounds
- Experience with clear aligners / Invisalign would also be highly desirable for this position
- Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our patients a 5 star patient experience
- Be able to confidently discuss treatment options with patients, adopting an influencing approach and providing them with a wealth of information to support treatment uptake
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided
- DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
