Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Greenwich
38 Hour P/W Position - Hours Specified Below
Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed dental practice, Dental Beauty Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in SE London. We will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Tony Wong, and our Practice Manager Lauralee. All our team work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to Maze Hill station.
The working hours for the position are:
- Mondays - 8.30AM-7PM
- Tuesday - off
- Wednesdays - 8.30-5
- Thursdays & Fridays - 8.30-6
- Saturdays - 8.30-1
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
- Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
- Act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining positive relationships with your colleagues
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- We are ideally looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
- We may also be open to candidates with experience without Dentistry experience, but with a prior background in a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
- The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate being able to offer a fantastic experience for our patients
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
