Ascent Dental are opening applications for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our forward-moving, patient-centred team in Solihull. This is an opportunity to become the welcoming face and organisational heartbeat of a modern dental practice where people, professionalism, and progression genuinely matter. At Ascent, reception is not an afterthought — it’s central to everything we do. You’ll be a key part of the patient journey, trusted with responsibility, supported to grow, and valued for the impact you make every single day.
We invest in developing our front-of-house team, supporting training in areas such as:
- Dental systems and software
- Patient communication and care pathways
- Treatment coordination and finance processes
- Practice operations and compliance
Hours: 42 hour p/w position, between the hours of 8.30AM-6.30PM, with one Saturday per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm, organised, and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone.
- Welcoming and checking in our patients.
- Managing appointment bookings and recalls.
- Handling patient enquiries with confidence and empathy.
- Supporting the clinical team with smooth day-to-day practice operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of organisation.
