Exciting Dental Receptionist/Nurse Position - Dental Beauty St John's (RM1) Full Time Position
Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty St Johns. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice & nursing team in the Romford area. You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Will Holmes, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to public transport networks.
We are recruiting for a full-time position on the following hours:
- Monday & Wednesday (7:45-5:15)
- Tuesday & Thursday (7:45-5:15 or 10-7:30)
- Friday (7:45-5)
Key Responsibilities
- This role will involve working front of house for roughly 3 days per week, supporting our patients and delivering a positive experience for them.
- Performing high quality dental nursing support when required in the practice to cover periods of holiday, sickness etc alongside ad-hoc requirements.
- Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC & Undertaking CPD in line with these guidelines.
- To act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining productive working relationships with all members of the dental team.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- We are ideally looking for a candidate with prior experience in both Dental Nursing & Receptionist roles - with excellent customer service skills.
- We are open to considering a Trainee Dental Nurse, but you must have prior experience in practice.
- Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is highly desirable.
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times.
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service.
